I'm new to Boswellic Honey products. I'm on a path to healing my body naturally. The packaging and inserts are beautiful, I told my husband it was packed with love. I've never heard of eating frankincense however I do use it externally. The honey is a nice earthy flavor. I bought 2 jars to give it a try. I'll let you all know in 60 days what changes I notice.
