We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please reach out to us and we will make it right. If that means issuing a refund we will do so. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and let us know what did not meet your expectations. Once approved your refund will be processed back to your original form of payment. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition when possible. Shipping costs are non refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on availability. Damage caused during shipping is not a reflection of our process and we will handle it promptly.

Additional Notes
Custom or limited batch items may not always be eligible for return once opened. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes which are not refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
