Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days unless otherwise noted. All items are packaged by hand with care and intention. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination and are outside of our control once the package leaves our hands.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier weather customs or incorrect address information provided at checkout. Please double check your shipping details before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address additional shipping charges may apply.
International orders may be subject to customs fees duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not refundable. We are unable to mark packages in a way that guarantees exemption from customs charges.
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located please contact the carrier first. If you need assistance we are happy to help however we cannot replace or refund orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
